Cherokee Nation citizen. Technology builder.
Richard is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation with more than 15 years of experience in technology, specializing in mobile application development. Much of his work centers on Native American software, bringing technical expertise and a personal commitment to Indian Country to the products he helps create.
A co-founder of Green Country Media, Richard has built a career spanning local businesses, Tribal organizations, and Fortune 100 and 500 companies across finance, transportation, education, and energy. His experience includes founding software platforms, leading development teams, and bringing mobile and web products to life.

How do you approach Tribal data and knowledge?+
We begin with your Nation’s requirements and the people authorized to guide them. Hosting, access, approved information, and external connections are planning decisions we make with you. Technology supports your governance; it does not replace it.
Can Sovereign run on our infrastructure?+
The Sovereign platform is designed for local deployment on supported infrastructure. Hardware, model, access, and integration requirements need to be reviewed for your organization before a deployment is scoped.
